What to Pack

  • — A light jacket or wrap for evenings — it cools down quickly after sunset
  • — Layers work best; mornings can be cool while afternoons warm up
  • — A compact umbrella or light rain jacket — January showers are brief but real
  • — Comfortable shoes for outdoor areas around the resort
  • — Sunscreen — the Florida sun is stronger than it feels in winter

Good to Know

  • — January is one of Orlando's most pleasant months — far cooler and drier than summer
  • — Cold fronts can occasionally push temperatures into the low 40s°F — pack a warmer layer just in case
  • — All wedding events are indoors or covered, so weather won't affect the celebrations
  • — Check the forecast closer to your travel date for the most accurate outlook
